Unfortunately, these shoes run really small, at least a half size too small, if not more. Also, the back of the shoe is not structured enough so that when my daughter tries to put them on, it collapses. Almost like she needs to use a shoe horn! And, this is when the shoe is fully untied -- she's not trying to put them on when they are already tied. We like New Balance shoes, but these are a disappointment.
